Pool Family Scholarship

This scholarship honors Robert and Wilhemina Pool and their strong commitment to family and to Christian education. All five of their children attended Calvin College and were encouraged to look for areas where they might be of service to others. Robert and Wilhemina took deep interest in their children’s health-related work and joy in their career achievements, reflecting the value they placed on hard work and productive service.

Basic criteria:

• entering junior or senior year
• cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher
• pursuing a pre-med program
• demonstrate strong Christian character
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the scholarship criteria continues to be met. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
