Bob and Lois Vermeer Engineering Scholarship

Bob and Lois Vermeer established this scholarship to honor Calvin’s rich liberal arts heritage and to continue its legacy of helping deserving students to achieve their goal of higher education. With Bob having completed a 40 year career at Vermeer Corporation, their family-owned business, where engineering expertise is a vital component, this engineering scholarship is an appropriate choice for the Vermeers.

Basic criteria:

• entering sophomore, junior, or senior year
• cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
• pursuing a degree in the engineering program
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is not automatically renewable. You must re-apply to be considered (current recipients will be given first preference).
