Peter and Mary Oppewall Scholarship for International Students

Peter and Mary Oppewall have long believed that exposure to other cultures is a rewarding and enriching experience. They established this scholarship for international students to bring more of the world’s cultures to Calvin’s campus so that all students may benefit and deepen their understanding and world views.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman year
• international student
• financial need is required

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the recipient is making satisfactory academic progress. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
