Kenneth F. Draayer Memorial Scholarship

Kenneth F. Draayer was a prominent businessman in the Kalamazoo, MI, area who passed away in January 2006, at the age of 45. His Christian faith was evident in his integrity in his business dealings, in his concern for quality work, and in his emphasis on customer service. By his actions, Ken thoroughly displayed his understanding of God’s calling him to be a Christian witness to those with whom he interacted.

Basic criteria:

• entering senior year
• cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
• be able to clearly demonstrate strong Christian character and also a willingness to share their Christian character with those they may come in contact with while following God’s calling in their life
• financial need is considered
• if the above criteria are met some consideration may be given to students from Kalamazoo County or those who are pursuing a degree in business

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is not renewable.
