Peter De Korte and Fellowship Homes, Inc.

Mr. Peter DeKorte of Hawthorne, New Jersey, has provided Calvin College with a gift which will be used to provide scholarships to students at Calvin who have disabilities. Mr. DeKorte, a successful businessman who himself has a disability, has established this scholarship fund out of gratitude to God for all He has done for him. He feels that he must share some of the blessings he has received from our loving God. He has named this the Mephibosheth Scholarship since as he indicates, “he too has dined at the King’s table” (II Samuel 9:13).
