John and Etta Van Randwyk

John and Etta VanRandwyk supported Christian education throughout their lifetime in leadership and stewardship roles. Muskegon Christian and Western Michigan Christian High School were particularly significant in their lives and in the lives of their children and some of their grandchildren. All five grandchildren graduated from Calvin College. John and Etta believed in the value of higher education, especially a Christian based liberal arts education where students learn to articulate their values and engage culture from a Christian perspective in whatever career path they have chosen. The desire is for this scholarship to provide support to students who are graduates of Western Michigan Christian High School, Muskegon, MI, who express a passion to engage the world from a Christian perspective.
