Alfred and Bernice Strikwerda Family

In appreciation for what Calvin College has meant to the family of Alfred and Bernice (Bouwens) Strikwerda their family established this scholarship in their name. The scholarship honors Alfred’s many years of dedicated public service to the country, Alfred’s and Bernice’s commitment to Christian education, and their support for those with special needs, especially the handicapped and those with disabilities.
