I’ve already activated my Calvin account, but forgot my passphrase or it is not working. How can I reset my passphrase?

I have been admitted to Calvin, but have not yet activated my Calvin account. How can I create my passphrase?
Please use this page to activate your Calvin account and setup your Calvin passphrase. You will need to know your 7-digit Calvin ID number or Calvin username to set up your account. This information can be found on your Applicant Status Page. This activation process will allow you to setup a secret question and answer, should you ever forget your passphrase, and then create your Calvin passphrase.
I do not know my username, how can I activate my account and create my passphrase?
If you do not know your username, please contact the HelpDesk at 616-526-8555. Please be prepared to give your full name and verify other information so that your identity can be confirmed. Once you are provided your 7-digit Calvin ID number, you can use this page to activate your Calvin account and setup your Calvin passphrase.
