Debra Deur Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Dr. Charles Deur in memory and honor of his wife, Debra, who put her Christian faith into practice in many roles. Though Debra did not attend Calvin, she always enjoyed her visits to the college and enthusiastically supported Calvin to help give students the Christian education she never had.

Basic criteria:

• entering sophomore, junior, or senior year
• cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
• majoring in the sciences (chemistry, biology, geology, physics, etc.)
• financial need is required

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
