Young Life Leadership Scholarship

The donors of this scholarship have a deep appreciation for the Young Life ministry and its mission to introduce young people to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. This scholarship was established to encourage high school seniors who have been actively involved in Young Life in high school to attend Calvin University and continue serving in a leadership role in Young Life while at Calvin.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman year
• must have been active in Young Life during high school
• demonstrate an interest in continued involvement in Young Life leadership while at Calvin and participate in the 5-week leadership training program in the fall
• financial need is not a requirement but may be considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable for the sophomore year if the student remains in good standing in Young Life leadership at Calvin University. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
