Transracial Adoptee Scholarship

Supporters of this scholarship attended Calvin College, as did their children, some of whom were transracially adopted. Having some sensitivity to the challenges of being adopted, and often also of being a minority, they have established this scholarship to support transracially adopted students who wish to attend Calvin.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year
• transracially adopted
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is not automatically renewable. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.50 or higher and you must re-apply to be considered.
