Leonard M. Krull Memorial Scholarship

In 1971, Calvin received a bequest from the late Leonard M. Krull of Westborough, MA, to provide scholarships for qualified students from the Whitinsville area to attend Calvin.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman year
• cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher
• SAT scores will be considered
• from Whitinsville, MA
• attend either Pleasant Street Christian Reformed Church, Fairlawn Christian Reformed Church, the New England Chapel, or the River
• graduate of Whitinsville Christian High School
• evidence of being a committed Christian with a school record that is free of behavior problems and an involvement with school, church and community activities
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This four year scholarship is automatically renewable if the student maintains a GPA of 3.00 or higher and is recommended by the Calvin University Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
