Western Africa Scholarship

This scholarship was established by donors who are very grateful for the role that Calvin has played in their lives and want to give back to Nigerian Calvin students who may have similar challenges that they had, pursuing an education abroad.

Basic criteria:

• entering sophomore, junior or senior year
• international student from Nigeria
• majoring in engineering or public health
• financial need is considered
• if there are no students from Nigeria that meet the requirements, then first preference would be an international student from West Africa

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the student continues to make satisfactory academic progress defined as a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
