Frank and Helen Veldhuizen Memorial Scholarship

Frank and Helen Veldhuizen were committed supporters of Christian Education at all levels. This scholarship was established by their children, Marilyn Boender, Glen Veldhuizen, Charles Veldhuizen, Lee Veldhuizen, Loren Veldhuizen and Rosalie Strabbing in recognition of their parents’ demonstrated dedication and generosity.

Basic criteria:

  • entering sophomore, junior, or senior year
  • cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
  • enrolled in or planning to enroll in the teacher education program
  • financial need is not required

Renewal criteria: Students who wish to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.
