Alaska EDDGE Scholarship

The family of Ernest and Dorothy De Groot established this scholarship to honor their life-long dedication to Christian education. This generous award will serve as a legacy to them, as it gives students from Alaska a financial EDDGE to attend Calvin University.

Basic criteria:

• entering any class level
• reside in Alaska
• first preference will be given to a graduate of Grace Christian School in Anchorage, Alaska, or a regular attendee of one of the following Alaska churches: Trinity Christian Reformed Church (Anchorage), Anchorage Korean Christian Reformed Church (Anchorage), or United Redeemer Reformed Church (Anchorage)
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable for three additional years if the student continues to make satisfactory academic progress. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
