Kenneth E. and Jean Baker Nursing and Music Scholarship

In honor of two of their children who are nurses and musicians, Dr. Kenneth and Mrs. Jean Baker established this scholarship to encourage Calvin students who have been admitted to the nursing program and are formally involved in making music at Calvin.

Basic criteria:

• entering junior or senior year
• cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
• pursuing a nursing degree and enrolled in a for-credit music ensemble or activity
• financial need is not required

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the recipient stays in the nursing program and continues to pursue music interests. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
