Winifred Holkeboer Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established as a tribute to Winifred Holkeboer, who, through her many years of service to the English Department and Calvin, engaged students in the study of language and literature.

Basic criteria:

• entering junior or senior year
• cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
• pursuing an English major
• demonstrate academic excellence, commitment to the major, and potential for leadership within the major
• financial need is not required

Renewal criteria: Students who wish to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.
