Veldhouse Family Scholarship

The Veldhouse family established a legacy of higher Christian education that began with Terry’s father, Jay, who graduated from Calvin College in 1954. Through this scholarship, they want to encourage young people from Sioux Falls, SD, to attend Calvin and benefit from the same quality education their family deeply appreciated.

Basic criteria:

  • entering freshman year
  • cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
  • be a graduate of Sioux Falls Christian High School, Sioux Falls, SD
  • financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: Students who wish to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.
