Endurance Scholarship

The goal of this scholarship is to empower and equip African American students by breaking down financial barriers that pose a hinderance to their persistence and ultimate graduation from Calvin University.

Basic criteria:

• entering sophomore, junior or senior year
• self-identify as African American who is a U.S. citizen
• financial need is considered (students who demonstrate the greatest financial need will receive highest consideration)
• first preference will be given to first generation college students

Renewal criteria: Students who wish to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year (preference will be given to previous awardees).
