Do Your Best Scholarship

Ray and Joyce Steigenga are grateful for the education their children received at Calvin. Although they did not qualify for many scholarships because they did not excel academically, they worked diligently and did their best to meet the academic standards at Calvin. Through the creation of this scholarship, the Steigengas would like to encourage those students who work diligently and do the best they can with the gifts God has blessed them.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman year
• cumulative GPA in the range of 3.10 to 1.70 (B to C- average)
• United States citizen
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the student continues making satisfactory academic progress. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
