Leroy and Libby Werkhoven Scholarship

This scholarship was established for secondary education students by Tim and Rinda Lieuwen, in honor of their parents Leroy and Libby Werkhoven. The Lieuwens would like this scholarship to be directed toward those who have demonstrated service to others through volunteering.

Basic criteria:

• entering junior year
• cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
• pursuing a secondary education major
• demonstrated record of service to others, such as volunteering, community service, or service to their church
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the recipient continues to meet the scholarship criteria. Renewal is subject to funding availability.
