Gerald and Joyce De Nooyer Family Scholarship

Mr. Gerald and Mrs. Joyce De Nooyer of Kalamazoo, MI, are both alumni of Calvin and are especially grateful for the Christ-centered education that they and their children received at Calvin. This scholarship is given with the hope that it will help equip and strengthen young people for a purposeful Christian commitment to their generation.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman year
• cumulative high school GPA of 3.30 or higher
• demonstrate leadership ability in high school, church, or community activities, other than athletics
• demonstrate a Christian commitment
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: Students who wish to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.
