De Young Family Scholarship

Calvin College and Valley Christian High School in Cerritos, CA, have been instrumental in the lives of Alvin and Geraldine De Young and over 30 of their family members. Blessed by the impact these institutions have had on their families, the De Youngs established this scholarship so other families from the Valley Christian School community will be blessed for many years to come by attending Calvin University.

Basic criteria:

• entering freshman or sophomore year
• have graduated from Valley Christian High School, Cerritos, CA
• financial need is considered

Renewal criteria: This scholarship is automatically renewable if the recipient remains in good academic standing (sophomore year only). Renewal is subject to funding availability.
