William John Heule Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established to remember and honor the life of William John “Billy” Heule, whose life was cut short by a tragic car accident when he was only twenty. Billy was an avid bass fisherman. Despite full-time college, work, and making plans to get married, Billy continued to be drawn to the water and he would sneak out whenever possible to try a new lure or a new reel. His family would like this scholarship to support a Calvin student who shares Billy’s love for bass fishing and the protection of in-land waters.
