Samuel L. Westerman Foundation

Mr. Samuel L. Westerman established his foundation in 1971. At that time he choose three trustees and instructed them in how he wanted the funds used. Upon his death in 1984 all of his estate went into his foundation. The Foundation devotes money to a wide range of worthy causes, all tax exempt, in the educational, arts and music, health, religion and science as well as service fields. When grants are made or scholarships established, it is with the understanding that there is a need and that the grants will be used wisely.
