Ruth VanderHeide

Ms. Ruth VanderHeide established this scholarship in gratitude for her Calvin University education and her impactful career as a teacher in Christian schools across the nation, including Lynden Christian in Washington, South Holland Christian in Illinois, and Grandville Calvin Christian in Michigan. With an appreciation for the value of education and a deep passion for Christian education, Ruth hopes to empower more Calvin students to become educators, equipping the next generation of learners.
