Paulus and Rosemary Heule

Paul and Rose Heule would like to honor their father, F.F. Carl Heule, Sr. with the naming of a scholarship that will go to an incoming first-year student each year who has the highest ACT/SAT score possible. Carl appreciates hard work and effort that results in top performance and this scholarship is intended to reward excellent performance in the years preceding college.
