Henry and Mildred Zylstra Scholarship

This scholarship has been established in the name of Henry Zylstra. In his classes and through his scholarly essays, some of which were published in his book “Testament of Vision”, Professor Zylstra helped establish a Reformed Christian critique of culture and literature that continues to exert a formative influence on Calvin College and beyond. The student this scholarship recognizes will be selected on the basis of academic ability, commitment to and promise of success in graduate studies, and a concern for Reformed Christian liberal arts education.
