G. Jack and Josephine Cooper Family

G. Jack Cooper was a pioneer in the modular office furniture industry. Through his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, he created a number of successful business opportunities in the Grand Rapids area. Jack was a dynamic community leader who made significant contributions to the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Rapids Economics Club and The Right Place Inc. He and his wife Jo were strong supporters of Christian education and Calvin College. This scholarship honors Jack’s inventive nature by providing a scholarship opportunity to a mechanical engineering student.
