Friends and Colleagues of David Van Baak

Calvin physics professor David Van Baak retired in 2014 after many years as an extremely influential teacher and national leader in undergraduate physics (laboratory) education. This scholarship was established by the Physics department, in partnership with Van Baak’s longtime collaborator – TeachSpin, Inc. to honor his legacy. This award will support a student who demonstrates exceptional skill and engagement in experimental physics.
