Fred Ferwerda

Fred Ferwerda established the Ferwerda Family Scholarship in honor of his daughter Nicole. This devoted Calvin University Math major has taught mathematics at Lynden Christian High School for over 30 years. This scholarship supports third- or fourth-year Calvin students who aspire to become high school math teachers, celebrating Nicole’s lifelong impact as an educator.
