Bruce B. Dice Geology Scholarship

Bruce Dice is deeply grateful for God’s immense blessings in his life. He has done well professionally and is committed to serving his church and supporting non-profits that further God’s work in this world. He continues to ask himself, “What can I do to benefit others and help spread the work of Christianity? How can I support someone who would love to study at Calvin, who is eager for what Christianity and Calvin have to offer?” He believes that articulate, intelligent, engaging Christians can have a tremendous impact on others because they speak with both insight and integrity. To support this kind of student, the Bruce B. Dice Geology Scholarship is for a geology major that has a deep heart for Calvin and the way it prepares students to make an impact on others. The student must be committed to take one course in Christian philosophy and stand ready to be counted as a spokesperson for God’s work in this world after graduation.
